Our team of highly skilled professionals is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to assist you. Each server is fully managed so that you can focus on your business and rest assured that your server will be running at utmost performance.
As the definition of the term "managed" differs hugely from provider to provider, we like to make it clear just how much is included with our management package.
Monitoring - Our internal monitoring system watches over your servers 24 hours a day and alerts our engineers when a monitored service fails (Ping, System, Load). Our proactive support team will follow your preset instructions and respond accordingly. You can rest assured that when a service fails our engineers will be responding and resolving the issue within minutes.
Server troubleshooting - server not performing well - we will help you trouble shoot it and make recommendations for performance improvements based on our observations. Have a 3rd party application that isn't working correctly? We'll provide our best effort to help you get it working.
Reboots - At GoDap server Reboots are always free and if you need assistance our engineers are available to assist you. If your server experiences a hardware failure we will replace it within 4 hours.
Security - Each managed dedicated server is provided with an initial security hardening which includes the installation of a firewall to help protect your server. If your server is compromised our support staff will assist in recovering it and restoring it back to operational condition.
Updates - Ongoing Managed Dedicated Server Support includes: On-Demand O/S updates and patches (one request per month), and On-Demand Server Security & Health Assessments (one request per month).
